Kristin Cavallari Responds to Critics' Claims About Boyfriend Mark Estes: 'It Amuses Me'

Kristin Cavallari has no problem responding to critics of her relationship with Mark Estes. Cavallari, 37, jokingly mentioned that she pays Estes, 24, a significant amount to be with her when answering fan questions on Instagram. Cavallari handles relationship haters by knowing their opinion means nothing to her. It's for PR! I'm paying him! He's using me! He'll leave you! It's amusing to see everyone getting upset. 

Cavallari's love life has been in the spotlight since starting her relationship with Estes in Mexico. Since then, the duo has faced criticism over their 13-year age gap. "In September, I stumbled upon this boy group called The Montana Boyz," Cavallari shared on her podcast, explaining how she met Estes. "I was like, 'Wow, these guys are incredibly attractive.'" Specifically, this one, who I'll call "Montana," invited The Montana Boyz on her podcast. Estes, one of them, DM'ed her saying, "I love you." 

In the same podcast, Cavallari revealed more about the relationship, stating that dating a 24-year-old wasn't something she actively sought. "I never expected it to happen," admitted the Uncommon James founder, acknowledging how it might appear to others. I understand. He's not your average 24-year-old. She agreed it was too soon, but she had reasons for her decision. "But, I feel differently about this man," she said. "I also received a call from my publicist that TMZ was going to publish an article about us." I've been in this business for 20 years. Media always largely controls the narrative. And a part of me wanted to take control. 

Those close to Cavallari fully support the relationship. “Witnessing their bond, it's evident that Kristin and Mark share a sincere connection,” a source revealed recently. Another insider emphasized that 

Cavallari is not concerned about public opinion regarding their age difference. Cavallari was married to Jay Cutler for seven years before their 2020 split. They share three kids: Camden, 11, Jaxon, 9, and Saylor, 8. Two years later, their divorce was finalized.
